Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at carl@triberg.se

Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1-5 days. NB! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday after.

If there are delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: carl@triberg.se

Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK, and all prices include VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received an ordered item.

When using your right of withdrawal

You must notify us that you have changed your mind. The message should be sent to us at carl@triberg.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which goods the return applies to should be clearly stated.

You should return the products to us immediately and no later than the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal message.

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item for used or damaged products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed (sealed) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.

Products that have the character of a sealed sound or image recording, and where the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products, specially tailored to you or with a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been performed and where you have expressly consented to the service beginning without a right of withdrawal.

Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example, food items such as coffee beans (ground or whole).

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

How do you proceed with a complaint?

Any defects and defects must always be reported to carl@triberg.se, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to rectify the defect or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from the supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and the sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products' appearance, as some color differences may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

To be able to manage your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you.

What data is shared and for what purpose?

Payment provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, email address, and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is stored to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

The payment providers (payment services) we use include, but are not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Shipping company

To be able to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

The shipping companies we collaborate with include, but are not limited to: DHL, Postnord.

Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

We use Shopify for sending out newsletters.

Right to access

You have the right to get a copy of all information about you from us. Extracts are provided electronically in a readable format.

Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to correct incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

Right to be forgotten

You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it is to be retained because we must fulfill a legal obligation (for example, under the Accounting Act).

How we protect your personal data

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

Dispute and Choice of Law

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
